4. The tools we use
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic, in Google’s Consent Mode, so analytics cookies stay off until you accept them. We use CookieYes, a third-party consent management platform, to show the cookie banner and record and enforce your choices. These tools may set their own cookies, subject to the consent settings above and to Google’s and CookieYes’s own privacy practices.
Embedded third-party content, such as maps or review widgets, may set its own cookies according to that provider’s policies when it loads.
Advertising and analytics cookies (Meta Pixel)
Our website includes the Meta Pixel, an advertising and analytics tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., the company that operates Facebook and Instagram. It runs on our website and sets a first-party cookie in your browser. Its purpose is to measure how well our advertising performs, understand the actions visitors take on our website, and help us show relevant advertising on Meta platforms.
The Meta Pixel does not load when you first arrive. It is blocked by default and loads only after you accept advertising cookies through our consent banner. All storage is set to denied by default using Google Consent Mode v2, and CookieYes controls whether the pixel may run. If you do not accept advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel does not fire and no Meta advertising cookie is placed.
If you accept advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel sets a cookie named _fbp, used by Meta to identify your browser for advertising and analytics, which expires 90 days after it is set. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by reopening the cookie settings from the link in our website footer, which stops the Meta Pixel from loading. Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_TPVQH48TPH) are set only after you accept analytics cookies; the advertising cookie (_fbp) only after you accept advertising cookies.
Google Fonts
This website displays some text using Google Fonts, provided by Google LLC. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers, and that request includes your IP address. Google may process this in accordance with its privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. Google Fonts sets no cookie on your device.
